The aim of this 15-day Hatha & Ashtanga Alignment Workshop is to guide students to proper alignment of postures in the Hatha & Ashtanga yoga series. This workshop will help you to boost mindfulness and gain a better understanding of your body. The workshop is suitable for beginners as well as advanced-level practitioners.

Adjustments & alignments are a vital part of yoga practice. With proper postures, you will gain all the amazing benefits that yoga has to offer, whereas improper postures can lead to injuries.

During the course, you will learn yoga alignments and adjustments, pranayama, meditation & yoga philosophy. These topics will enable you to learn more about your body & help your internal energy to flow freely.
