7 days Ashtanga workshop in Rishikesh - Overview

This 7 Days Ashtanga workshop in Rishikesh is a great opportunity for those who are new to Ashtanga yoga & would like to get acquainted with the basics of this practice. The course will be conducted at Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center. The ashram is located in the peaceful foothill of the Himalayas near the holy river Ganges.

The workshop will cover the key postures in Ashtanga Primary series, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy along with meditation techniques. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to share the techniques learned with other students in an effective & safe manner.

Each student will be provided with personal attention tailored to match their own learning pace. This will give every student an opportunity to connect with the teachers while sharing the energy of the entire group. We work with a small setting of 15 students in each group to make sure everyone gets the full attention of teachers.
